Q:What is the warranty? How do I obtain warranty service?
A:Provo Craft offers a one-year manufacturer's warranty on the Cricut machine and Cricut Expression machine. If you have any problems with your Cricut, please call 1-877-7CRICUT. Their experienced team will lead you through a series of troubleshooting steps, and send replacements parts or a new machine if necessary. When you buy from us, you can feel safe, knowing you are working with an Authorized Cricut Retailer. For other products we will determine a fair solution on best course of action to fairly correct any problem.

Q:When will you ship my item(s)?
A:Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, most within 24 hours. Most people receive their items within a few days of placing their order (U.S). We often upgrade shipping from UPS Ground to USPS Priority mail at no cost to you. International orders can take up to 18 business days depending on location in the world.

Q:What is the difference between the original and new Expression machine?
A:The two machines are similar in some ways. The main difference is the size. The original machine can cut paper up to 6 x 12 inches tall, with a maximum shape size of 5.5 inches. It takes 6 x 12 mats. The new Expression machine can cut paper up to 12 x 24 inches tall with a maximum shape size of 11 inches. It takes 12 x 12 mats and also 12 x 24 mats. Of course, there is also a price difference. The Expression is a second generation machine which is more efficient and reliable. If you are interested in doing posters or school work, the Expression machine will be very handy. They both take all the same cartridges and work the same way.
