CricutMachine.com ships ONLY to the United States at this time. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Please note that we may choose to upgrade your shipping service to USPS Priority mail, at no cost to you. Free shipping offers only apply to orders shipping within the 48 Continental United States. We make every effort to ship all items as quickly and accurately as possible.
Order Status Updates & Shipping Times
Processing: When orders are successfully received, a status of "processing" is assigned to your order. Orders typically remain in "processing" status for 2-3 business days depending on when the order is received (on weekends, holidays, etc.). We will no longer process orders over $1000.
Completed: A "completed" order status means that the shipping label for your order has been printed and the label has been moved to our shipping warehouse. A unique shipping tracking number is assigned to your order once it reaches "completed" status. Typically a "completed" order will show additional tracking information after 2-3 business days. This additional tracking information indicates that the order has been picked up by our shipping carrier and is now en route to its final destination. Please note: Orders with more than 5 items may take 1-2 extra business days to complete. Orders with more than 10 items may take 2-3 extra business days to complete.
Pending: Orders with a "pending" status indicate that a check or money order option was selected to pay for the order. These orders will remain "pending" until a check or money order is received. At that point, the order will be moved to "processing" status.
You may purchase merchandise from this web site by using any one of the payment options listed in our payment options. CricutMachine.com reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to customers. If your return is approved, you will be charged any expenses associated with shipping the product and a 20% restocking fee. Items that have been opened may not be returned for a refund.
